- Section 3 asks you to draw on the material that we have covered in Sections 1 and 2, namely understanding the synergies that can be achieved by a team, and the various roles that are required for effective team performance.
- This section is designed to extend your understanding of team roles and how they influence team dynamics by getting you to work with a hypothetical team by: familiarising yourself with the team members; critiquing the team as it stands; creating a profile for yourself; becoming a member of the team; and identifying the considerations you will need to make in order to bring the team to high performance.
- In each profile, you can see: their top two preferred Belbin team roles, their least preferred Belbin roles, and some more aspects that we think are important such as their commitment to the team, and a couple of their personality traits.
